Some products may be produced in limited quantities or made to order. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding the order and, where applicable, provide a refund.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid by you will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Beyond Engineering will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Replacements

Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition, and custom-designed nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except where a replacement is approved for a product that arrives damaged or defective.

For damage-related replacement claims:

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video should clearly show the package from the beginning of the unboxing process.

  • The original product packaging must be retained and returned with the product.

  • A replacement cannot be processed if the original packaging is missing or has been discarded.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video and original packaging may not be accepted.

8. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order products are created according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Once production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may not be possible.

Any additional production time applicable to custom products will be communicated to the customer wherever possible.
