Shipping Charges

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, Beyond Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will help you track the shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.

A complete unboxing video and the original packaging are mandatory for any damage-related replacement claim. Please refer to our Returns & Replacements Policy for complete details.

International Shipping

At present, Beyond Engineering ships within India only, unless otherwise specifically mentioned for a particular product or order.
