Refund policy

At Beyond Engineering, every piece is carefully handcrafted and designed with attention to detail to bring something unique to your space.

As our products are limited-edition, handcrafted, and custom-designed, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement:

• A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the complete unboxing of the product.

• The original product packaging must be retained and returned with the product.

• Products cannot be replaced if the original packaging is missing or discarded.

• Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video or original packaging will not be accepted.

We recommend carefully recording the entire unboxing process to ensure a smooth replacement experience in case your product arrives damaged.
